TWiiPhone interviewte bei deren neustem Podcast unter anderem Comex, Planetbeing, Chpwn und iH8snow die an der Entwicklung des aktuellen Jailbreak und Unlock arbeiten.

So ziemlich am Ende des Interviews wurde die wohl wichtigste Frage gestellt, nämlich wann wir mit dem Jailbreak und Unlock rechnen können?
Ein genaues Datum wurde nicht genannt. Sie sind aber mit der Entwicklung fast fertig. Der iPhone 4 Unlock ist zu 100% fertig und wartet nur noch auf den Jailbreak.

Frage: When is the iPhone 4 Jailbreak and / or Unlock going to be released?

Comex: You have to ask Saurik if he’s done with that bootstrap yet.

Frage: Whats the percentage of the completion of the overal Jailbreak?

Comex: Like I hate to say this because people will be complaining, but it is pretty close to done.

Frage: How about the iPhone 4 Unlock?

PlanetBeing: It’s done. Just waiting for the jailbreak to be released.

Was beim Interview auch oft betont wurde ist, dass wirklich viel getestet wird. So wie es aussieht sind die Entwickler fast fertig und wir können uns hoffentlich bald auf einen Release freuen.
